The Arboretum of South Barrington

The Arboretum of South Barrington is an open-air lifestyle center that features an upscale mix of fashion apparel brands, home-furnishing retailers, and restaurants – all built with architectural and stylistic features evoking historical ambiance as well as the charm of retail shopping center icons. The project includes 14 core and shell retail buildings, complete with full improvements, and six “pad” retail sites. Work included mass grading, site drainage, and ecological restoration as well as other improvements of the entire 86.9-acre surrounding site.
