Project Overview

Ragnar Benson renovated the second floor and the heating plant for a century-old assisted living facility. A total of 24 rooms were renovated with new finishes. All rooms were brought up to code, and four large suites were created by combining two rooms into one suite. The construction was phased so all residents would not have to be relocated at one time. Ragnar Benson self-performed much of the work, including demolition and replacement of all windows.
