Project Overview

Ragnar Benson was hired as the construction manager for this unique two-phase project that serves both the parishioners and K-8 students at the adjacent Sacred Heart School. Phase I included demolishing an existing one-story school wing and constructing a new three-story classroom building. Phase II continued with the construction of a new parish center. Special safety precautions and extra site protection were implemented to ensure the safety of students, staff, neighboring residents, and workers.
